My career in the Insurance industry began in 2014 after ending a tenured managerial career in the Hospitality industry. Once the kids were grown and on their own, I decided to take a leap of faith and start this new career that had been a dream of mine for many years. I utilized the training, leadership, hospitality, and communication skills afforded me from the large corporation to establish, plan, and execute my own brand and business. If I could run the corporations multi-million-dollar restaurant, hire, train and supervise their employees to make a profit, then I can surely do the same for my own business. It has not been easy, but every year is better than the last, and I am pleased with the progress we are making as an organization!
Carol Cherry Insurance Broker has partnered with several Field Marketing Agencies for access to more than 100 insurance carriers for Healthcare, Medicare, Long Term Care, Life and other ancillary products. These partners also provide access to training and peer to peer meetings for growth and shared best practices for growing and servicing our book of business. My goal as a Benefit Consultant is to listen to my clients to understand their needs and their goals to pair an insurance solution that helps them protect their lifestyles, income, and provide for their family’s needs. Being contracted with many insurance carriers allows me to shop around for the carrier that is most receptive to my clients age and health in the underwriting process.
